”Hot water was not hot and took a very long time to get warm and our door (room 206) was so squeaky loud-needs some WD-40. Otherwise I would have given everything five stars!”

”Everyone at Hotel Polaris was super nice, and welcoming. Anything we needed they made sure we got what it was. The rooms are super nice, and housekeeping was super thorough and helpful throughout our stay. The restaurants were fantastic, and there were many to choose from. The only thing I am disappointed about is that there are not multiple locations. I would stay here a million more times.”

”I loved how large the bathroom area was… very comfortable beds… we only got to stay one day…very quite casitas … loved the area beautiful …”

”They changed the room I ordered and had to put my party in separate rooms. It happened to one other customer in front of me and has to settle for a king bed with 3 people. The establishment is old and need of serious updates. The air conditioner would t cool below 75. The continental breakfast was terrible and few choices. The staff was friendly, but it hardly made up for all the negatives. Will not stay again. And will warn others not to as well.”

”Hands down the best experience with hotel staff I’ve ever experienced. These folks seem to love their job and the people they work with. The friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered. It was a great stay because of the staff alone but then add a clean, comfy room and great breakfast. It was 10/10. Management is doing great.”

”I personally wouldn’t stay there again. No ice machine and the fridge in the room didn’t make enough ice to even fill our cups to have cold drinks. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Had to go by a mattress topper and even that didn’t help. Couldn’t get the room cool enough to be comfortable. The noise from the room above us and beside us was too much to deal with. I’m sure it was kids jumping and yelling but I shouldn’t have heard that to all hours of the night.”
