”The staff was terrific and helpful whenever I had a question or problem during my two-week stay at MCM Elegante in Colorado Springs. The rooms facing east were somewhat noisy (traffic), so I asked to be moved. The west-facing rooms were quiet and had a great view of the mountains from the third floor. If you are planning to use and wash dishes, bring dish soap and a cloth or sponge. MCM does not provide those items.”

”My room was quiet and AC worked well. I could sort of see the mountains but "Mountain View" is a bit of a misnomer given the way the hotel is oriented. I was in room 211 and there was a crater in the mattress closest to the door-- it really needs to be replaced. I liked the fridge and microwave and coffee maker. I liked that there was a nice desk and a sitting chair. The water in the sink and shower never got very hot, but it was warm. Staff was very friendly and helpful and hotel was well...

”My family of 5 enjoyed our stay. Our suite was large enough and two separate rooms. We had kitchenette two queens and sofa couch. We brought a 50 x 50 inch playpen for our 1 yr old to have enough walking room. They offered a crib we just wanted to use ours. The front desk clerk Ms Amy was the best. Very helpful with navigating the town, restaurants, kid play spaces and tourist events. We stayed in 416 and it was clean and a good size. We are looking forward to staying in best western plus...

”We were not able to make the trip to Colorado due to a family emergency. Therefore, we did not stay at the hotel and we were unable to be reimbursed for the hotel. I have never not been able to cancel a hotel stay before which makes me dissatisfied.”
