”Unfortunately we weren't able to enjoy our time in this VRBO because the furnace was not working. When we arrived the heat was not turned on and we were unable to get it working by adjusting the thermostat. I did contact the host who responded but did not do anything to address the issue while we were there. ”Our family decided to book this property despite the weird reviews and/or lack thereof because we needed a room with two twin beds as opposed to a bunk bed, which is surprisingly hard to find. It worked out fine during our stay and there were no issues. Communication was excellent, responsive and prompt. Great location and quiet neighborhood. The property itself was older and could use a little updating (some broken cabinet pulls, mismatching finishes, wobbly fixtures) but comfortable enough....
