”We enjoyed the house. Quiet neighborhood close to a park. Great for our kids. Responsive host. Enjoyed the hot tub and that you could see the tops of the mountain from the deck. Hiking in Garden of the Gods was our favorite and this house was in great proximity to that location. ”

”Perfect for a family stay! Living room had plenty of seating for playing board games and watching a movie together. Dining room table comfortably accommodated our family of 8. Spacious kitchen is well stocked for cooking and serving. There's a primary suite with bath and large closet on the lower level and a full bath and 3 bedrooms upstairs (two with Queens and a daybed with a pullout that sleeps two). There's also a cute little playroom for younger kids upstairs. Parking was easy, we had two...

”The size and location was great. Two areas could use improvements. 1 the bar stools seat covering is peeling off so we put towels on them as the covering was literally falling off. 2 There is one kitchen cabinet door that has literally fallen off. 3 The flatware needs some improvements there were 4 metal forks the rest were plastic which worked but weren’t optimal. 5 the deck was awesome but the yard was overgrown and was basically like straw so the kids couldn’t go off the deck. ”

”We had a great stay. This is a beautiful and well-appointed space surrounded by peaceful scenery. We had everything we needed, the host was very welcoming, and we especially enjoyed sitting out on the patio surrounded by trees.”

”Rita provided great communication. The Birdhouse was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The house was also conveniently located to all area attractions and was just two blocks away from the Pikes Greenway Trail, a great place to walk our dog every morning. We also appreciated the outdoor patio and garden. I would highly recommend. ”

”We stayed here with family and friends for a wedding, and it was absolutely perfect. The house had plenty of space for everyone, which made it so much nicer than being spread out in separate places and only meeting at restaurants. It gave us the chance to relax, spend time together, and really catch up. The home was beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and stocked with all the essentials we needed. Truly a wonderful stay—we couldn’t have asked for a better place!”

”The check-in process was easy, so was check out. The house is very clean and has everything you might need, including some baby/kid items. The rooms were very clean and had plenty of toiletries and clean towels. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. There are some trails behind the house that were fun to explore. We would recommend this rental and definitely consider staying here again.”

”We stayed for a USAFA event. It is a bit far from USAFA compared to some other locations, but never took more than 30 mins to make the drive (it was a weekend so rush hour not a factor). The owner made personal contact (not a faceless big company property), and showed interest in our comfort/enjoyment. What more can you ask of a host? ”
