”The hot tub wasnt in service, the breakfast made it seem it was made to order up to 2 guests but it was already pre made burritos or sandwich but you could do a made to order option for extra which was not specific in the description. You can only get room service for cleaning if you stay more than 7 nights and it costs extra if you stay less than 7 nights. It was very dusty in the room and the air kicking on and off was very loud. Our room got cleaned 2 hours before check out and we didnt even...

”Apartment was clean and cozy. It had everything I needed for my stay. Just one small thing - the owner didn't communicate that there was construction at the rear of the property so off street parking was not available like the listing said it was. On street parking was fine, just would have preferred to park in the back. I would stay here again.”

I book through expedia, but hotel said they didn't get money. I contact customer support many times; they asked me to talk to hotel, hotel asked me to talk with whoever I book the hotel. It's so bad. 3. There is a service charge and host charge. I have no idea what's that.”

”Neighborhood was not as expected. Proximity to The Globe and their delicious bbq was unbelievable. Steps from the cottage. However, walking to the stock show (only 1 mile) took us through a disadvantaged neighborhood with lots of unhoused people. No issues but there were some uncomfortable moments. Cottage is tiny as advertised but clean and adequate. Overall a positive experience. ”
