”For the price, we were disappointed with both the cleanliness and the level of service. Our room felt damp and humid the entire stay, the floors were sticky, and the shower leaked badly, making the room feel poorly maintained.
Service at the main restaurant was especially slow—we had to wait for every request, including nearly 10 minutes just to receive cream for our coffee. We also had to repeatedly ask for swim towels before finally receiving them. Overall, everything felt very overpriced for...
