”We checked in at 11:00 PM, and the receptionist kept us waiting with our two children just so they could handle the next guest’s check-in. The staff member was extremely grumpy and barely responded to our questions, speaking in a very dismissive manner. While the beds were clean, the bathroom was filthy.
