No…they broke up an adjoining room/suite and had the sofa bed (the only bed) made out for us. I book VIPs and they would have made me change hotels immediately so I’m not sure how they can think this was ok to do. ”I am truly disappointed in this entire transaction. The hotel was booked back in July of 2022. Sometime during the hotel closed in January 2023 and no notification was sent to me letting me know about this. I was super lucky to be able to pivot and find another room at a different location. I wish there had been some communication about the closure. Hotels.com did come through in getting me a refund. ”
