”I had an awesome time learning about the history of the property, the people and even the spirits surrounding Ann Stevens' house. The owners are very warm and welcoming.”

”Parking is tight. The designated parking is approx. Three tenths of a mile away which isn't bad unless its raining, hot, or if you're expecting it. Somehow it rained, it was hot, and I didn't realize the distance beforehand. Ita funny now, not so much at the time... also get the Parking pass from the room BEFORE you park.”

”This is my second time coming! Overall my experience was great, we spent most of the time at the pool or using the grill outside. I will definitely come back again next time!”

”There was a delay in check in due to a parking issue. Host resolved it. We loved the location of the property. Short walk to the pool and access to the beach. We spent our time going back and forth and greatly enjoying both. Two beach chairs, an umbrella, and towels would have been nice if provided. We borrowed from a relative. Beautiful surroundings with breathtaking views of the ocean.We will definitely return!”

”This is a very cute and cozy property. As Jacksonville natives, we just wanted a change of scenery for the weekend to celebrate a birthday. We decided to stay in a side of town we weren't familiar with and really loved this space. Nearby to some local shops and a few venues we were excited to stumble into. The bed is incredibly plush and a welcomed embrace after a long day of walking. Very clean and well thought out presentation. A great place for a couples weekend! ”
