”The Rivulet is located on busy Sandy Bay Road, which makes getting into and out of the property a litte tricky. It is conveniently located to the Salamanca Market, which we were able to walk to (30-40 minutes) and also to the Bruny Island boat tour pick-up location. Sandy Bay Road has lots of shops within easy walking distance (Coles and Woolworth). We especially enjoyed one of the bakery shops where we purchased meat pies and cherry tarts. ”Great kitchen with everything necessary for breakfast. Quirky property with unusual decor that adds to the charm. John was very helpful regarding advice for journeys, food and places to visit. Good location. Easy walk to city.”

”The breakfast was excellent and the owner very flexible willing to provide it early. The facilities are well kept except missing some details like towel racks in the shared bathroom. The towels themselves need to be upgraded. Overall It’s still good value for the money.”
