”Check in was easy and very accommodating. The lodge is very elegant and has a beautiful atmosphere. Accomofations are above expectations. We were given a meal ticket to eat in town which is close by. Staff is very nice.
We will definitely visit again.

”Everything was perfect. Since I am short, I wish there had been a chair to sit on to put on my shoes. The stools and bed are too high for me. The decor is exceptional and the room was spotless. Even though the motel is near a highway and railroad track it was pretty quiet. I would love to stay there again.”

”This was our second time staying here. The first time we stayed in a hot tub suite and the beds were MUCH more comfortable than our double queen room. The beds in the double queen were pretty bad. The property is nice, pool is great, love that it's walking distance to everything downtown. Will definitely stay again while passing through.”

”This was our 2nd stay at Ruby. The first time, about 3 months ago had a wonderful "real" breakfast offered at a co-joined restaurant with fantastic choices and amazing attentive and helpful staff. This time...it was a high-Carb packaged offer without fresh fruit, eggs or protein on site. Won't stay again for this price; nothing unique to draw us to and pretty much generic in value. Too bad...so sorry.”

”Food had good choices, fresh food, warmer to keep food warm. Surrounding grounds well taken care of. Staff warm and welcoming. Rooms excellent, clean, bathroom and shower clean. Parking excellent ”

”We were disappointed in the room. It was small and because it is an old motel didn’t have the support system to plug in the now standard everyday electronics.
That said; the staff is wonderful! They were friendly and very responsive to our needs.
The fault wasn’t in the motel; it was in our expectations. The room was less than $100 per night.
If you are looking for a “budget” motel; they delivered a great value. Any disappointment on our part was more a function of being a spoiled consumer....

”Staff were very helpful. Lots of breakfast options and sitting out on the patio with fireplace was a nice touch while enjoying the beautiful mountain scape. Rooms were modern and beds were moderately comfortable. Hotel was quiet and convenient.”
