”Outstanding service and honesty!
We recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, I accidentally left behind a valuable diamond earring in the room. After we checked out, I called the hotel to ask if they could please check the room. To my great relief, the cleaning staff found the earring and returned it to me safely.

”There is no breakfast. We stayed a week and NEVER gone room service. We had to constantly go to the front desk for fresh towels. We had to put the garbage in the hall. The beds are horrible, lumpy and should have been replaced years ago.
This place is a dive!”
”We were infested with ants. The toilet paper was sitting on the tub because the toilet paper holder was broken and not there. Plaster was falling off the walls. Carpet in the hall was cut down the middle. There was no breakfast the maters and box springs was so old it looked like someone peed on it and threw up on it. The staff is rude and un helpful.
I asked for extra washcloths and the remark was --we don't do that here.
The deadbolt on my door would not lock ---it was clear the door had been kicked in and not fixed properly.
They refused to move me ---I would never go back.”
