”Rooms are comfortable and very clean. Breakfast is cooked to order and of an excellent quality. The staff are all helpful and efficient. The hotel is ideally situated for access to the town centre, Dad's Army Museum, bus station and is about 15 minutes' walk from the train station. The bar is welcoming and serves a good selection of drinks. There is a small outdoor courtyard area in which to sit if the weather permits. ”Lovely rooms”

”I was not really happy with the room I was given. I booked a normal room, but received a room for an impaired person. I was put in room 1. The shower was a wet floor shower, which was not too bad, but the bed was terrible. The mattress had collapsed and I ended up sleeping ( actually I didn't sleep) in a dip, ended up with body aches.”

”Lovely location and tranquil setting. However our stay did not include breakfast and at £13 each we gave it a miss. Plenty of parking outside, although there were very few staff around, we had to call the hotel to get someone at reception.”

”The pantiles is great for a chilled out relaxed holiday very guite with a nice garden to the rear and the village and surrounding areas are lovely. You have Banham zoo near by and we had an excellent meal at the Garden House pub.we drove to coast one day then shopping to Norwich another day.Will definitely go back again in the future.”

”The room was nice and cozy, it had the best bed I have ever slept on in a hotel! The tea and coffee were very much appreciated as well. The staff were lovely, they couldn’t do enough for you, I will definitely stay again if I visit Thetford.”

”Great place to stay for Forest Live. Hotel is lovely, warm and welcoming. It was a warm day so quite hot inside but we spent time outside in the huge gardens, the bar was open and we sat next to the river. Breakfast was superb, fresh fruit and proper butchers sausages! Would definitely stay again.”
