”Good view. Did not like the check-in process; confirmation says 3:00 pm checkin time but front desk said 4:00 pm and no apology from front desk, she just said complain to booking agent. Nobody takes responsibility anymore, Also, the big view window was dangerous because it was thin glass sliding window that went too low and is a falling danger three scooped above the ground. Should be a safety violation and probably is but no enforcement. I would never bring kids to this room.”
