”This was our second stay at Oceanside Terrace, first time in our unit. We love the view of the ocean, love the sunset flooding the apartment with golden light, love the easy access to the beach. Beach is SEVERAL stair steps(4 flights?) away so make sure your cardio is up to the challenge. Location is great too, we went to Nelscott Cafe and the food carts during our stay. ”They were doing maintenance on the property while I was there. So a lot of banging during the day was happening. I wanted 2 beds and only had one with a hide a bed. We were there 6 days. We were supplied with 1 full roll of toilet paper and a half a roll. The maintenance crew were vey nice and helpful. Had a key code to get in, called the help line . Had to wait 15 till could access the room and a maintenance man explained how to make the door open.”

Had to go thru bedroom to get to patio deck because door was broken and had not been fixed. Should have been 2 keys for 4 people rather than just 1. Given these issues and the cost to rent this property, I have requested a refund for at least one night. Have heard nothing from Ocean Beach Vacations.”
