”My sister and I turned our concert trip into a weekend getaway for our family! My niece (10), Nephew (14), and mom joined us and we LOVED the house. Lots of communication and information about events in the area, there is a scavenger hunt in the house to help entertain the kiddos as well as plenty of space to play games and relax. There were so many beautiful parts of the home as well as the cool snails outside and beautiful greenery! It did rain, as expected but did not dampen the quality...

”The location was perfect for our plans with our daughter at UW; and the neighborhood, yard and proximity to the Burke-Gilman Trail was just perfect for us! ”Overall the stay was very nice. The owners have done a great job with the interior renovations. Hardwood floors, plenty of seating, modern appliances and plenty of bedding. We didnt use the hot tub, but it looked nice on the back deck. Curb appeal from the front needs updating. Overgrown trees make it easy to drive passed the house. Update the stairs to the front door and get new entry door for both front and back and you could probably increase your rental rates by 50%. It truly is a great...
