”Grounds are immaculate.
Great view of the bush/river.
Comfy bed. Good water pressure.
Manager was fantastic.
Good location (7 mins from New Plymouth by car). Quiet, safe.
Can bike safely to New Plymouth ( sidewalk to round about on state highway 3 then side street with on road cycle path).
Restaurant with yummy food on site.
Things that could be better:
Had only one BBQ so you need to reserve it in advance.
Great stay and definitely a place I would go back.

”Great location, literally across the road from the architectural marvel, the Govett Brewster gallery and just a few minutes walk to the waterfront, the Len Lye Wind Wand and the Puke Ariki Museum.
Lots of restaurants and cafes just a short stroll away.
The studio units are quite small and have minimal kitchen facilities if that matters (it didn’t to me), but they have all the essentials.
