”This resort was perfect for our family! It was small enough that I felt comfortable letting our teens roam, but large enough to have enough to do. Jose had a fun list of activities each day and there was entertainment in the evenings. The meals were delicious and staff was very friendly and helpful! I would absolutely return to visit and recommend it to others!”

”Honestly we felt catfished by this hotel. When we booked we thought the hotel looked amazing, but when we arrived we felt deceived. I can list all the horrible things we experienced starting with their towel policy. They give you tickets for pool towels which you can only get from the front desk which is across the street from our room. If you lose the towel or the ticket you have to pay $20 so that added extra stress to our stay. The hotel room is filled with bugs which sneak in under the front...

”Easy beach access, a few minutes to the water. The grounds were well maintained with beautiful, colorful plants everywhere. Staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was fresh, delicious and filling. The pool was refreshing for a nighttime swim under a full moon.”

”The food was amazing for our entire stay. I would stay here again just for the food. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beach is nice but there are a lot of old boats anchored in the water so the view isn’t great. Pretty disappointing actually. That and there is a tour pick up point right down the beach so there are boats and jet skis flying in and out pretty much non stop.”

Kun huonevaraustamme ei heti löytynyt koneelta, saimme tilalle "anteeksi pyyntönä" paljon isomman ja paremmin varustellun huoneen lomamme ajaksi. Pitkin päivää hotellin asiakkaille oli tarjolla tuoretta kahvia ilmaiseksi ja hotellissa oli myös iso kauppa 24/7 auki. Ravintolan ruuan hinta/laatu suhde oli ihan ok. Jos yöelämä häiritsee unta, ei kannata ottaa...

”Loved being surrounded by the jungle. Short walk to the beach. Good air conditioning. The staff were friendly and kind. The cooked breakfast was a nice treat. The staff offered portable "beach" chairs, but they weren't really beach chairs, more like chairs used for an outdoor concert. We were expecting Tommy Bahama style beach chairs. This was our only disappointment.”
