”There are not many options in this areas. The room was pretty small but OK. The pool was OK but is small too for such a large lodge. Although we were told not to use the towels of the room because there are towels at the pool - there were no towels refilled. No problem for us but not the service promised. The restaurant prices looked OK - however, we decided to drive to the little village nearby. Breakfast in the hotel was definetely too expensive. It is OK to stay here but if we would come back...

”Latica lodge was amazing to stay at! If you’re looking for that community vibe then this should be on the top of your list. Everyone from all over the world staying there, all having breakfast/supper together was spectular. The owners are everyday people willing to help you out with everything they made the stay so enjoyable. ”We did not even stay the night here despite losing money. It was run down, property did not match the description of being on beach but was a long walk away. Beds were hard and there was a dog running free throughout. I cannot recommend this place unless you simply want a cheap bed. The ad needs to properly represent the facility. It's a hostel, not a lodge ,as well.”
