”Beautiful rooms with a great view. Clean , reasonable prices. Nestled in quiet Prospector neighborhood easy walks to restaurants. Short drive other attractions”

”Great location, very functional space, contained all that we needed for the stay. Attractive interior, nice patio outside.”

”This place is a dump. Super hot and humid outdoor and it's worst when you're indoor coz there's no AC so your roasting on 100° with no fan, no AC and moldy room. You can even open the window due to heat and construction outside that Expedia FAILED to addressed during reservations. Only after the host emailed and informed us that there's construction and the parking was sooo far away. Stay away”

”Clean! Cute and right close to everything”

”Perfect for what I needed. Quiet neighborhood.”

”The property was clean and nice. We liked the access to the garage. It more than met out needs and was decently priced.”

”Clean, friendly environment. We would stay here again”

”It was hard to get a response from the property owner. I got an extra charge on my credit card and no reply after messaging on the app multiple times. The apartment smelled weird but I did appreciate the cute home and decor. It’s an old building and walls are paper thin so you hear everything upstairs, heads up.”

”Fantastic property! The house was incredibly clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. Just 2 minutes from Sundance Lodge. Communication with the host was fast and helpful from booking to checkout. We will definitely be back!”

” (2/5)We stayed from June 1–10 and unfortunately had several issues throughout our stay that impacted our experience.Upon arrival, there was significant dog hair throughout the property, including on the couch, rugs, blankets, bathtub, and floors. We do not have a dog, so this was not from us. I spent a considerable amount of time cleaning and washing items on the first day. There was no toilet paper provided, no body wash available, and only three forks in the kitchen. There was also no toilet...

”We had a fantastic stay at this condo in Salt Lake. It's in a very walkable area of downtown and the room itself was very quiet and clean. We would highly recommend staying here.”

”We stayed here back in June of 2025 and love it then so we had another family event that brought us back to the area and booked again immediately. It is new, cute and in a quiet area. Thank you SO much! It was another wonderful stay. :) Dean & Deanna”

”Perfect location for me on my business trip. Gym was great and had a nice view. Will definitely come back next time I’m in town.”

”This apartment was beautiful and we had access to a pool on a hot day. It was convenient for the family events we had during our stay, Thank you for a lovely visit!”

”Beautiful place to stay.”

”Very nice facility that worked great for our family.”

”I stayed here for a week and had a great stay. Cozy is definitely a good way to describe the place. It was comfortable and well stocked with essentials, towels, cleaning supplies, etc. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was especially handy for a week-long stay. The bed was comfortable and the big TV was a nice bonus. The location was also great and made it easy to get to everything I needed nearby. There’s a grocery store basically right on the corner which was really convenient. I was also...
