”Went for a quiet weekend with friends and my husband and it was a great place for that. Quiet neighborhood and great parking options for the 3 cars we had. Host was very nice and had good communication. It is a downstairs apartment and they do have kids, we didn't mind as they were pretty quiet, but you can hear the footsteps or crying, so if that is something that will bother you then just keep that in mind. ”Check in would have been easier in the day light- apt is located at the rear of the property. There was some noise from above just a few nights but no worse than a hotel. It was quiet and nice to cook our meals. There could be a few more pots and dishes. For those wanting to ski you are about an hour from Deer Valley and Snow Bird”

”Absolutely a lovely property with everything you could want or need during a stay away!! Julie is a fabulous host. The property is quiet and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Easy drive to anywhere in the Smithfield/Logan area. Pet friendly since I was staying with my show dog for the dog show in Logan. I would very much return should my vacation/stay needs take me back to the Logan area! EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!! Thanks!!”
