”This booking was supposed to be cancelled by the motel, clearly it wasn't since it kept showing as Booked. I booked through Expedia and spoke with Customer Support to change the date, the agent stated that motel said that they didn't change the date due to how late it was after room already reserved. The agent stated he spoke to the front desk at the Stafford, VA location and they cancelled the motel stay, I booked the reservation on line. I never received any confirmation of it being cancelled....

”Unfortunately, our experience with this hotel was very disappointing. When we arrived, there was a little bit of toilet paper left on the roll and no extra toilet paper in the bathroom, and the room was not properly cleaned. There was dirt throughout the shower and on the light switches, which was especially concerning from a cleanliness standpoint. ”Asked for adjoining rooms upon check in and wound up being one room apart. While checking into rooms, the room in between was being vacated. The occupant was clearing out the room and yelling at staff across the parking lot. Had I not been with a man, I would have been nervous. The police were called. The occupant was gone within a half an hour. Staff entered and cleaned the room. It was a convenient location for our overnight stay.”

”Our stay at Super 8 Motel was absolutely horrible and extremely disappointing. We found roaches in our room, and when we asked customer service to change rooms, they refused to help us. This was completely unacceptable, especially because we had two children with us. To make matters worse, people were smoking weed outside the motel, which made the environment uncomfortable and unpleasant for our family. The room conditions, lack of customer service, and overall experience were far below what...
