”Reasonably priced. Lovely large room, clean and comfortable. Shame there is a charge to use the spa when staying if not booked direct with the hotel. Good continental breakfast buffet and a served hot option. Would recommend this hotel, but book it direct.”

”Fabulous property nothing was too much trouble for the staff, we had an accessible room for our disabled son which was amazing and an interconnected door to our room next door. Would definitely stay again. Food was very nice too.”

”Great facilities, very comfortable bedding and shower facilities. Check in was awesome and they provided breakfast in a bag with pastries, fruit, water and snacks as we had to leave early. The staff was super friendly and while Conwy isn’t walkable this is still a great location.”

”Nice welcome. Helpful staff. White pristine bed linen and towels. Family room great with double bed and 2 singles for kids. Kettle, tea, coffee etc. En suite bathroom good but could do with updating. Good hot water and shower though. Price was right. ”
