”we ate there the night before we left. We ordered dessert online. The server made us show her our receipt for the dessert before bringing it to our table. When she finally brought our dessert she was very sour and didn’t even apologize. Seemed very rude.”

”Booked our stay at the Royal Victoria Hotel for the purpose of hiking up Snowden.
This was a great choice as the hotels location was ideal, being a few hundred yards from the start of the Llanberis path. The hotel itself was very clean, staff super friendly, and the room met our needs. Car parking wasn't a problem as the car park has ample space, and as previously mentioned, is a stone throw from the start of the path we would take to the summit.
Eating was good, choice of the restaurant or...

”I was made very welcome from the start from Gary and Veronica. The food was excellent and the ambience , great. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. I would definitely stay there again !!”

”It’s decent, needs a bit of maintenance work. Our room wasn’t super clean, bits in the bath and the cupboards had black marks on them.
Hallways smelled a little of manure …
The drinks were expensive too…
Half the spa facilities were not working…
Otherwise, the peacocks are a nice touch and the landscaping is beautiful. Staff are nice and helpful”
