”Everything but the surprise deposit”

”I actually never got to stay there. I booked the room because our Amtrak train was delayed due to weather and we weren’t going to make it to our original VRBO rental. We spent that night stuck on the train. After a 20 hour plus delay (37 hours total on the train), we finally made it to Denver. I called the hotel to make sure we could still check in at 7:00AM. ”My stay here was not pleasant. I had reserved a double queen room which was fine. But I also reserved a king suite. I was given the keys. The first set didn’t work and neither did the second . Keep in mind we just drove over 6 hours from Wy and through a lightening storm with heavy rain.It was close to 10pm, and we all had to get up at 4:30 am for my flight back home. ”I’m usually REALLY easy-going about cleanliness, but the bathroom was filthy. There were pee stains on the toilet seat left from the previous people, the sheets had an odor that was really pungent, and there was ,what I’m going to assume was, toothpaste on the sink handle. The front desk was really cool, easy going helpful and understood that it was late and we just wanted to sleep. That was REALLY well appreciated”

”Parking lot is close”

”Terrible staff. The Desk Man first said $30 for a 3 hour late checkout then said $50 (trying to gouge us) then we called later to do the late checkout and they said it was booked (was a sunday so wasnt booked). Also neighbor tried to break into side door (bolt lock didnt work) we told front desk lady and she said shed get maintenance on it and it never got fixed. the staff sucks there!”

”The room was clean. The front lobby staff was very kind and helpful. Parking was plentiful. I was informed how much it was to park our car at the hotel but a little uncertain about the times for a shuttle.”

”The hotel staff were great. The shuttle was convenient. Breakfast was good. But my son broke out in a rash after sleeping on the sofa bed. Not sure if it was the blanket, sheets, or sofa.”

”2/5 Stars Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The property was under construction during my visit, and many of the advertised amenities were unavailable. Additionally, the room walls were extremely thin, making it easy to hear conversations from neighboring rooms. I understand renovations are sometimes necessary, but guests should be informed in advance and accommodations should be made to minimize the inconvenience.”

”Hotel could use an update. Breakfast was grab and go only with very limited options. Hairdryer in room did not work, and vent in bathroom had not been cleaned in several months. No pool and no hot tub. Only one water fill station available in gym on first floor.”

”Everything good, except noisy guests on the floor above us. We had to change room at 1AM because of them. Good breakfast”

”Clean hotel with good amenities. Right next to the train and not far from the airport. Walking distance from restaurants and grocery stores as well. Overall a great stay!”
