”We were looking to get away for a weekend away from the kids and the images on VRBO were so cute, that even though only two nights were available we still decided to make the 5 hour drive from Milwaukee. It was definitely worth it. The weather wasn't perfect, but we really just wanted a cozy, intimate space to get away to, and this place most certainly checked all the boxes. We will return, maybe even with the kids next time. Absolutely loved our stay and would recommend to anyone.”

We saw this property was available for the days we needed, and we were happy with its location between Carlsville and Egg Harbor (plus private and quiet) but has easy access to everything. ”This is the second time we have stayed at this property. It has everything you could possibly need— for meal preparation, outdoor enjoyment and staying occupied indoors. The Pickleball court is fantastic! We rent a boat from the local marina and use the dock on the property. Elizabeth is an excellent communicator and rep replies quickly to messages. We will be back again next year!”

”This was a wonderful place for our family with young children to stay on our trip. The hosts anticipated every need- step stools, baby gate, shampoos, lamps for getting around at night, board games, campfire supplies, and even a radio! We enjoyed our stay and loved that it was so close to everything in Door County to explore all the towns. The hammock was a great way to spend the morning and the reading nook was a great place for bedtime stories. Would recommend to anyone!”

”We had a great week at the cabin. Stayed with my wife, daughter, son-in-law, our two young granddaughters, and our dog. The cabin was great and had a perfect feeling of a traditional cabin with all the modern amenities . Property was nicely secluded and the lake was quiet most of the time. We enjoyed the SUP’s they had there as well as the kayaks and canoe. Fishing off the pier was great and we (our grand daughters) caught tons of pan fish. ”

”This is a beautiful plot Perry in a secluded and quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is roomy and well stocked for the breakfasts we prepared. The porch area wa great for visiting and enjoying the sounds of the birds. Close proximity to Bayfield. If we go to this area I would definitely stay here again. The home was clean and is well-maintained. The owners were quick to respond to our questions. I highly recommend Le Petit Chalet, as would our friends. We all thoroughly enjoyed our time here. ”
