”Very spacious room, great welcome and all clean. The breakfast was Hampton top of the line.
My only issue is if it's Hilton mandate not to have a daily housekeeping tidy-up, that needs to be stated clearly up front, actually at booking. I'd rather book two single nights than have to make my own beds and tidy up while on holiday. That's not a holiday.”

”Those cinnamon rolls are a wonderful way to start the mornings of a weekend getaway! Beyond that, staff kept everything replenished even though there was a full house.
The gentleman that checked us in was so welcoming and polite. I reported a water issue in our room to him late the first night and the maintenance staff handled it first thing in the morning. Wow.
Housekeeping staff was also quick with delivering fresh towels upon request. The pool area was nice, the hot tub was...

”I was put into 103 was attacked by bedbugs. It took them a day and a half to move me to another room. It was a hard time to get reimbursed for the first two nights then they put me into another room that had bedbugs again I was attacked and bitten up all over. I have videos for proof and they refused to give me my refund, on top of that they were very rude. They lied about who the manager was and I never once had my sheets changed or fresh towels, and soap delivered and I stayed there for seven...

”The Glen Club is always my go to hotel when staying near Chicago. I love its more private location because it feels like a quiet retreat away from the city. Every time we have stayed there it has been peaceful, cozy, and incredibly comfortable. With only 21 rooms, the boutique atmosphere makes it feel even more exclusive and relaxing. The hotel is consistently spotless, beautifully updated, and very well maintained, and the onsite restaurant is excellent.
