”Nice staff , hospitable and very helpful. Room we got was clean, nice and well-kept. There’s a lot of space in the breakfast room. Everything was provided. Will probably stay here again.”

”Welcome had a speed bump- we booked a king room and received a room with 2 double beds. The front desk apologized and stated that third party bookings are preference not guaranteed but they would do their best to remedy situation. We spent the night in the double room but they found us a king room for the rest of our stay. They gave us 2 breakfast vouchers and entire staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Only issue we had other than that small speed bump was the coffee. The hotel coffee...

”This hotel apparently is a renovated Red Roof, and kind of feels like it. It definitely doesn’t live up to the Hilton name. It was clean enough but the air conditioner was loud, and the breakfast was basic cereal and bagels. The neighborhood isn’t the greatest either. Just ok overall.”

”Everything was good.. spent 3 days for Chicago.. Parking was Great... Check in was easy.. little hard to understand the lady at the front desk for checking in.. room was good size.. handle on sliding door for patio was broke told them when we went to get pizza.. gone for about 3 hours and when we came back it was fixed!!!, only thing was there was no holding bars in the bathroom.. for toilet and shower... overall a 4 out of 5 .. (4 because of no holding bars) ... breakfast is not free..McDonalds...
