”Excellent clean and tidy place. Delicious daily breakfast served at the beautiful terrace with amazing view to the mountains. The hosts are incredible kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Situated in Juifen old town so close to the shops restaurants giving the opportunity to take photos of the lantern lit streets once the shops are closed and the streets are quiet.”

”Stayed there for 2 nights. The location is great, only a short walk to the attractions, including the trailhead. Even though is it close to the main attraction , but you don't hear any my noise from there during the day. Still better to take a taxi from the bus stop, or even take a Uber all the way from Taipei to the B&B. The view from the room is great. The room is spacious, the couple who welcome me is so attentive. Highly recommended.”

”If you’re a regular tourist who doesn’t speak Chinese I would avoid this place. There’s no one there for check-in, check-out, or anything. When I arrived I had to call a number (mentioned on the closed door — nothing in the app messages) then 10 minutes later someone arrived to open the door for me and show me the “room”, dragging my luggage behind (nice sentiment but not helpful). The room was very small and the style of hostel (except that I had a private bathroom). Not super clean. I had to...

Points négatifs importants : Salle de bain trompeuse : la baie vitrée mise en avant sur les photos de l'annonce est inutilisable telle quelle. La pièce donne sur une ruelle avec vis-à-vis direct, obligeant à baisser les stores opaques en permanence, toilettes comprises. Pas d'eau chaude dans la baignoire, à remplir avec la douchette. ”We stayed here with kids 12,11 and 8. Was cozy and a great location, I’d caution younger kids because of the loft but mine were ok. There was no breakfast foods there as mentioned in other reviews so I think that’s a thing of the past. Overall we enjoyed this stay”

”Beautiful B&B. Breakfast was amazing everyday. Property was in an awesome location with the beautiful Golden Waterfall within a 10 minute walk. 15 minute walk to bus station and some local cuisine. The owner even went on several walks with us and gave us some interesting facts about the area. She was truly an amazing hostess”
