”Great place, nice staff”

”I like the rates, they were better than most. It was quiet at night. What I did not like was the fact that it was advertised that Internet was provided, this proved to be false. I went to Savannah for business and pleasure, the business aspect was slowed to a stand still. The person at the desk proved to be very unprofessional because her dangerous dog made it impossible to communicate with her. I will not be returning nor will I recommend. I left a day early to finish my business.”

”The staff was extremely helpful. I saw maintenance in groundskeeping people all the time cleaning and just taking care of the property. The people were very nice, the atmosphere of the hotel itself was very nice compared to some of the other hotels I've stayed at on the island...”

”I am handicapped so I had a handicapped room, but it was on the fourth floor, and it was a rather long walk. The staff was extremely helpful when we couldn’t figure out the shower. The knobs were not labeled so we didn’t know which turned on what, but it got figured out and I do need to mention that Rockeyea was extremely helpful and knowledgeable as well as friendly. The breakfast was phenomenal lots of choices. I would definitely stay there again.”

”Beautiful hotel, perfectly located with gorgeous stylish interiors, but evidently understaffed. We stayed in a lovely corner suite, which had great views, but an odd and impractical floor design, which involved a long path to get from the bedroom to the bathroom. The front desk staff was consistently helpful, and always replied with a smile. However, we found the front desk empty multiple times and had to chase the clerk with the restaurant staff, which is not what you would expect in a...

”The new general manager Kathy is very rude and unhelpful. She doesn’t want to help anyone with Expedia reservations and I overheard her telling staff that she is going to get rid of everyone with Expedia”

”The rooms were clean and cute! The staff was so helpful! We called ahead and told them we would be early for check-in, they allowed us to park so we wouldn't have to pay for parking at the beach. I would stay again!”

”Terrible experience, don’t stay here. Our AC was leaking so bad a puddle formed under the bed. They used dawn dish soap for the shampoo. The pool was shut down. I woke up the next morning covered in bug bite that I’m pretty sure were bed bugs. The towels were stained with yellow dots. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else.”
