”Definitely a 10/10! We really enjoyed staying at this absolutely marvellous property! Great location! Check in was easy and communication from host was effective. The property is definitely prettier than the photos could even describe. Kitchen fully equipped with everything needed. Everything was really nicely prepared for our little stay and the host definitely put a lot of effort into the decor and making it really special. Will definitely recommend this special place to more people. ”

”Warmly welcomed though allowed privacy. Everything we needed was provided. Very comfortable beds. Great having the 2 studios. Easy access and parking near the door without steps to climb. Lovely garden area. Spotlessly clean. Surprisingly quiet at night as on a busy road which meant we were central and walking distance to shop, takeaways, bakery etc. Short drive to city and waterfront and Pukekura Park and river walks. Great value! Thank you so much for making our stay most enjoyable.”

”We loved our stay - Richard the owner was great at communicating with us, the property was as advertised and it is in a great location. Quick and easy to catch the bus to town or wander down to Hataitai village. The house is in a peaceful spot with lots of greenary and birds so it’s super relaxing. We also loved the open fire on a cold evening. ”

The studio is very well organized, the bed is so comfortable and she has thought of everything you might need for a few nights' stay. The room looked exactly like the photos in all its quaint charm.
