”Lovely warm welcome from the ladies that work at the hotel. Easy check in. Free parking on the property. The hotel is a beautiful large house that has been pampered to a high standard. Our room was large enough for us & luggage. The bed was a Californian king i think as it was huge & very comfortable! We had our own bathroom within the room. Heaps of dining options just down the road within walking distance. Definitely recommend this boutique hotel.”

”Loved everything about our stay. Great location, hospitable owners, beautiful grounds, cute chickens. Clean room and comfy bed, not en-suite but private bathroom for every room, hot shower with very good shower pressure, lovely common kitchen and lounge areas. Would have stayed longer had we could! ”

”I was pleasantly surprised overall about my stay at the kiwi hotel. I had room #1 which was conveniently next to the shower. The room was neat, clean, and the bed comfortable. Minimal noise out the window at night. Staff was so welcoming and accommodating, making me a cup of coffee and ushering me into the living room to rest. Price is incredible and a short walk from the intercity bus stop. Close to Polynesian Spa and the main downtown area. Next to a delicious Korean fried chicken...
