”The website advertising is quite misleading, giving no clear explanation of what is on offer - indicates you have access to, and sole residency of, the entire house.

”Check in was friendly however I was given a 12 o’clock checkout and reception staff proceeded to ring me just past 11 asking me what time I was checking out and that I’d be charged $30 if I left after 12, as my booking hadn’t been updated. Shower head broken in room and breakfast was cold …… definitely a different experience than what I’ve experienced previously. Also parking is now at DFO Southwarf which makes it a long walk especially in winter”
