”Clean breakfast area and fresh food. Rooms recently renovated it seems but my room was dusty and didn’t get a real good vacuum so there were paper straws on the carpet and paper salt packets left around. Bed was a bit hard and lumpy. Shower was fine. ”

”We reserved (based on pictures) nice looking hotel.
Reality was that this is not hotel, it’s motel. Even the reseption admitted that the hotel description is wrong, their establishment is motel.
We wanted to cancel the reservation due to totally wrong information. Reseptionist claimed that we should have asked more pictures before reservation.
Best Western has forgotten to add motel pictures”

”First of all, I want to start up by saying, our host is very accommodating and if you have any problems, they are dealt with right away! She’s a wonderful host. She also will answer any questions right away if you message.With that being said, this RV is very cute and very clean and neat. But it is not made for anyone that has any problems with mobility, as to get in and out of the RV the steps are a little high. Also, the bed is high, not sure if it’s really a queen size bed, if you are taller...

”I have stayed here a number of three times prior to operations at Northwell Hospital, it’s in a great location wonderful amenities, everyone is so kind. I love Ashley and Jaden at the front desk, Ken who not only does maintenance, but just has a smile on his face. Every time I show up is pure gold., it’s a wonderful hotel to stay at! It’s always clean, housekeeping is so polite and lovely, I’ve never been disappointed!”
