Its fully renovated as for Summer 2026 season.
This family house is just two short blocks or few minutes walking distance to the beach.
10 beach passes are provided.
There are four bedrooms on the 2nd floor; the house is about 2700 sqf.
Two tub/shower bathrooms are on the 2nd floor and full bath is on the first floor.
Big living room is on the other side of house and gives privacy for another gathering group. Two level central air-condition is set separate for each floor.
All furniture, mattresses, bed linens, towels, rugs, kitchenware are new.
Beautiful garden with surrounding water falls mountain makes you relax all day in the backyard. 2025 YEAR HOT TUB (every week professionally cleaned) can be used any time alone with the outdoor shower. Huge patio can fit up to 20 people for evening dinner gathering. New grill is all set for the barbeque. Seven beach chairs, two umbrellas and 12 beach towels are complimentary to use. Two cars garage and parking can fit total of four cars; additional five car batches are available for the street parking.

Great location, great house
Great house, and lovely owner who met us at check-in and walked us through the place. Walkable to the beach and boardwalk (less than 2 blocks), huge covered back porch w/ fans, brand new hot tub (2025), 2 living room areas made it feel spacious, kitchen has everything you could need & more, comfy beds, 10 beach passes provided plus bikes/umbrella/chairs, parking for 4, lots of everything...bath towels, toilet paper, cleaning/laundry products, dishware, spices. Note there are 2 full bathrooms, 1 half, and 1 outdoor shower. The listing is a little confusing in that section. Exhaust fans could use replacing, even short showers make the bathrooms extremely humid (a couple times it even triggered the smoke detector). Overall a fantastic house in the perfect spot, would 100% recommend!

I can’t say enough about how awesome Elena the owner of this VrboIs and how she goes the extra mile to insure her guest enjoy a happy stress free vacation. The house is spotless and has everything you need to have an extraordinary beach vacation. Not just sand chairs and umbrellas but 2 wagons to pull the items, coolers, beach toys galore and awesome beach towels & 4 bikes as well. The beds are comfortable with bathroom amenities galore! The kitchen is more than well stocked, it’s got everything and more ! Our favorite thing is her back yard patio and covered veranda like room equipped with both ceiling fans and other outdoor fans with an abundance of comfortable outdoor furnishings and a spotless large hot tub. We had an awesome family vacation with our 3 adult sons and our daughter in law and 4 grandchildren with day visitors popping in as well/ thank you Elena!

Perfect Beach House
This house has everything: great access to the beach, an outstanding backyard living space, and a comfortable inside home. Elena is the ideal host who makes sure that you have anything you might possibly need. The combination results in the perfect beach vacation!

Perfect house for our beach vacation
The house was very clean, well stocked and close to beach and town. Elena was a great host and was there to greet us when we arrived. Backyard with large porch and hot tub was really nice in the evenings. We really enjoyed staying here!

Family Gathering
The property was exactly as described. Convenient walk to the beach and boardwalk. Host met us at check in and provided abundant beach items (chairs, umbrellas, toys, towels, etc.). Also an abundant amount of linens and towels.Nice area with a choice of nice restaurants in town a few blocks away. Older kids enjoyed the fireworks and movie nights at the beach. Boardwalk has plenty of games, rides, restaurants but it is far enough away from the house not to be a disturbance. No major issues arose, and simple questions were promptly answered by text. Several adults enjoyed the Jacuzzi amenity We had a 9 night stay.

Excellent For A Family Getaway!
We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home so much! Plenty of space to spread out, as well as plenty of areas to gather for meals and game nights. The backyard is so peaceful and inviting. The garage is fully stocked with everything you need for a great day at the beach - chairs, umbrellas, wagon. We really enjoyed the serenity of the neighborhood and the option to take a quick walk to the lively boardwalk scene just a few blocks away. We loved everything about this home!

Great family reunion at the house
We had a mini family reunion at the house which was wonderful. The backyard is truly an oasis and hosted all our meals and the kids loved the hot tub (even when it was 90 degrees out). Nearly everything in the house is brand new and Elena was super responsive. Location was also great - short walk to the beach but quiet enough as a few streets away from the craziness of the boardwalk (which we went to every night). Would come back.

Week in Pt Pleasant Beach
Owner could not have been any nicer, she did whatever she could to make our stay great. Everything in the house was brand new and very clean. The backyard has a lot of seating and also a hot tub, which made for a great family bbq. The house is also right off the beach and a short walk to the boardwalk and bars/restaurants. Would defiantly recommend this property to friends and family!
