Living Room: open concept living room with Smart tv and hi-speed wifi and all new furniture.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with oven and stove, with kitchen island for four (4) people, Kuerig coffee maker provided (some KCups provided).

Bedrooms: Two small bedrooms, one queen bed in each bedroom (with closets), sleeps 4 comfortably. We provide bed linens.

Bathroom: standup shower, toilet and sink. The bathroom is small, but it is brand new. We provide 4 sets of bath towels, and we provide sufficient body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

Enjoy your own outdoor space with a table, chairs and relaxing bench to unwind after a long day at the beach including a condo community yard.

We also provide two (2) adult beach badges, additional badges can be purchased at the beach.

You have the entire place to yourself!

NO PARTIES ALLOWED

Quiet Hours after 10 pm are strictly enforced.

We respond very quickly in the VRBO app and we have an on-call supervisor if anything is needed.

NO PARTIES OR NOISE. This is a quiet condo complex, we ask that you respect the neighbors as your own.

We have a professional cleaning service to clean and disinfect the apartment before each stay.

Early Check-in and/or Late Check-out requests are not guaranteed. We will accomodate as much as we can depending on other guests checking in/out.

We provide 4 sets of bath towels, and we provide sufficient body wash, shampoo and conditioner.
