”I had a great stay at the Renaissance Providence Downtown Hotel. The property was clean, well maintained, and made a great first impression. The bed was very comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a full day of exploring. One of the best parts of staying here was the location. ”Friendly staff. The downside is there is no lobby area restroom. My sister and her husband needed to use the restroom when we came back from a tour but their room was in the middle of being cleaned. While they were able to use the one in our room, anyone without traveling with others would have to wait.”

The location was excellent—we were able to walk to plenty of restaurants, shops, and other attractions, which made exploring the area so convenient. ”The room given to us is not yet ready, the cleaners are still there. The cleaning process was not yet done because the dusts on the table was still visible. The bed sheets were I think not replaced because there were strands of hair. The staff were not properly coordinated. The parking is conveniently available near the entrance. The kitchen was available but there were no kitchenware, and utensils available. I think the kitchen was no use because of that.”
