”What a great stay! Everything was wonderful, from the welcome basket of goodies to the k-cups and all condiments! The grand kids loved playing air hockey and twister. The adults had plenty of space to visit in the living room.We came into town for my son’s wedding and Pat’s place was perfect! We enjoyed our stay so much. The home was perfect for my family. ”This property lives up to its "cozy" billing. (My wife called it our "tiny house".) We were in Beaver Falls for a week- long conference at Geneva College, so the location was perfect! The house is not high fashion but it is clean, comfortably furnished, and smelled fresh. (I particularly enjoyed the reclining sofa.) The beds were comfortable and the linens clean and soft. ”Place was very clean and convenient. We needed a place with room to park a boat and there was plenty of room. It wasn't a perfect place but the owner obviously cares about the property and the guests. Based on price it was more than expected. 10 minutes from Mosquito State Park and close to many great eateries. This place is in the middle of a nice quiet neighborhood.... Would 10/10 book it again.”
