The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential elements, allowing you to cook comfortably. The villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, which makes it ideal for accommodating up to 6 people comfortably. Additionally, the balcony will allow you to relax while enjoying the impressive views and tranquillity offered by this wonderful area. Air conditioning is available from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am, providing a cool environment during the hottest hours and at night for a restful rest.A perfect place to disconnect, relax and enjoy the natural beauty of the island, with all the necessary amenities for an unforgettable stay.Information to take into account:In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
