The apartment, located on the first floor accessible on foot, opens onto the bright living room which features a comfortable sofa bed, a television, a dining table and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen. From here, guests will be able to access the magnificent terrace with views of the surrounding greenery and equipped with a dining table, perfect for enjoying excellent dishes in the open air. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and bedside tables. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.

On the ground floor of the structure there is a laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board.



The shared swimming pool is open from 1 May to 30 September, during the following hours 09:00-13:00 / 15:00-20:00. The use of a swimming cap is required.

The municipality of Polpenazze del Garda is known mainly for the production of Vino della Valtenesi and Olio del Garda, and the Wine Fair is celebrated periodically for this reason. It is attested that the city has existed since the Bronze Age, and indeed tourists will be able to admire the historical testimonies of that era thanks to the presence of Polpenazze Castle and the Baroque Church of Santa Maria, which enjoys one of the most beautiful views of Lake Garda. Nature lovers will also be able to appreciate Polpenazze thanks to trekking routes, biking or peaceful walks along the lakeside.



Verona Airport is 50 minutes' drive from the property, whilst Polpenazze train station is approximately 2.3 km away.
