”Pros: This is our first time staying at a lodge like this, so close to nature, just like camping. You will hear coqui frog whole night & seeing them jumping next to your door step. Animals free roaming, peacocks, ducks, chicken. Kids loved it. Cons: There is barely any light at night in the Property…so if you come back late, it’s a bit challenging to find your cabin.”

”Amazing location with beautiful people. Snorkelling is awesome with beautiful corals and vast variety of fish. Almost like camping even with the rain, but we were dry and comfortable inside the fale. Dinner and breakfast was plentiful traditional island food with some modern additions. Make sure you bring cash to pay for your stay as the nearest eftpos in an hour away”

”Huone oli aika riisuttu (sänky, kaappi, pieni yöpöytä ja tuuletin), mutta kohtuullisen kokoinen. Ilmastointia ei ollut ja vessa oli jaettu. Ikkunan hyttysverkossa oli reikiä ja siitä pääsi aina välillä hyttynen huoneeseen. Yöpymiseni olisi mennyt ihan hyvin, jos yöllä olisi ollut hiljaista, mutta ei ollut. Naapuruston kulkukoirat haukkuivat ja kukot kiekuivat melkein koko yön läpi. Lisäksi aamuyöllä 4.30 ulkona soitettiin jotakin kelloa. Pienehkö mutta sinänsä ihan ok aamiainen kuului hintaan....

”We didn't get a chance to try the hot tub but the grounds are beautiful and all staff at lodge and restaurant were kind and helpful. Food was delicious and proximity to Kilauea volcano sights was super convenient. Hope to come back again soon!”
