”This rental greatly exceeded our expectations! The property is quiet, peaceful, extremely well maintained. Pool is beautiful and was never crowded. The condo itself is very comfortable, updated, clean. Kitchen is stocked with everything we could have possibly needed (and much more!). There is a nice lanai overlooking golf course. We had access to quality beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, and more. Area is very pleasant for walking - short walk to A-Bay, lot of shops and restaurants....

”Stayed for two weeks with three generations (grandparents down to college age) and had one of the best vacations any of us have ever had. We went to the beach, walked the paths to the other lagoons, enjoyed both pools and the multiple hot tubs, and worked out in the gym nearly every day we were there. The unit is everything you need or want. Of course the bedrooms are great, but even the futon sofa bed was plenty comfortable for two adults. High-end touches everywhere. Never ran out of towels...

”My family had an amazing vacation and loved staying in this condo. The owners were always responsive to my requests before arriving. Once our stay started, we didn’t need help, but our contact person was always seen walking around the property. Location is perfect. The lagoon is beautiful and much more quiet than the others. It is an easy walk to Monkeypod and ABC store. My teens loved this condo and hope to return!”

”Absolutely loved our stay at Atupa Suites! It was convenient to Avarua town which has everything you need. Having a pool was so perfect for chill afternoons when we had nothing planned. It was super quiet except for some loud noises from the neighbours the first morning and very seperate from anyone else around including the other suite and the owners. Only thing to note is the driveway got very muddy and we struggled with our rental car as it was quite small. Would definitely stay here again! ”

”We had such an amazing time at this property. We have stayed before at Kolea. It’s the perfect place for families and relaxing. Walking distance to food and market, yoga, farmers market, etc. The pool is not too deep and very relaxing. Hot tub is lovely.
