”Be warned that even tho you can book thru Expedia the property chastised me in capital letters to never communicate thru Expedia. Perhaps put that in the listing. Also the kitchen had 2 forks and spoons only. The pictures look nicer than it is”

”Great property close to some of the best food on the island. One note- make sure you bring extra change for the city tax. Otherwise, an awesome stay for a nice pool and community grill that we used to make our dinner.”

”A wonderful private, spacious get away location from the touristy areas of Kona, but definitely need to have a vehicle to get there.”

”The property lists a kitchen but there is not. The is a refrigerator, plates/cups/etc and some plug in appliances, but washing dishes in a tiny bathroom sink was not ideal. There was laundry accessible and the house was very safe and comfortable during a hurricane. Just beware that if you are looking for a kitchen, there isn’t really. Otherwise the property was perfect for our stay.”
