The Agriturismo Le Selvole is the farm of the Marzoli family, in the southwest of Tuscany. It’s located close to the medieval villages Micciano and Libbiano and is surrounded by hills, vineyards and olive trees. Le Selvole is 25 km from the Etruscan city of Volterra, in the Province of Pisa and has been managed by the Marzoli family for over 15 years. A not well known area of Tuscany, in contact with nature, in absolute tranquility, ideal for wonderful walks and excursions. Good location to visit the main Tuscan cities of art (Volterra 25 km, San Gimignano 55 km, Pisa 90 km, Lucca 110 km, Siena 70 km and Florence 90 km) and also proximity to the sea and the beaches (vada 40 km, Cecina 35 km , Bibbona 30 km and San Vincenzo 60 km). A few kilometers from natural geothermal manifestations, with fumaroles, rots, hot springs and steam jets (Larderello 15 km, Monterotondo Marittimo 35 km, Sasso Pisano 27 km). Also nearby are the natural reserve of Monterufoli-caselli (10 km) and other naturalistic areas of great interest.

Farm
The farm is about 70 hectares, mainly cereals are cultivated (wheat, barley, oats) and a good wine is produced with the traditional farming method. The Marzoli Family lives in the main house of the farm, close to the Agriturismo, in direct and continuous contact with the guests.
It is possible to make tastings of typical Tuscan cuisine, wine and oil. It is also possible to visit the company's activities through internal routes on foot or by mountain bike and, especially for the little ones, it is possible to meet the farm animals (hens, rabbits, goats and pigs). Pets are welcome.

Agriturismo
The house is a typical farmhouse, consisting of 4 large apartments, with independent entrance and heating. Two are on the ground floor and two on the first floor. The apartments all have 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and bidet and a large fully equipped kitchen. Each apartment has its own name (girasole, Olivo, Uva, Spiga) and its own characteristics. An apartment on the ground floor is equipped to accommodate people with mobility difficulties and the area outside the house is accessible.
The house is surrounded by a beautiful vineyard and fruit trees and in the garden there is a large swimming pool (7 x 12 meters), surrounded by greenery.
The spacious apartments allow relax and comfort like at home: fully equipped kitchen, large rooms, private outdoor spaces, with the convenience of free wireless connection. Antique furniture, objects of poor art, stencil on the walls, and decorations entirely handmade, they breathe a particularly warm and familiar atmosphere. In the garden there are also games for children and a barbecue.
There is ample covered car parking.

The "villa" In Exclusive Use
Possibility to rent the entire structure exclusively for groups of up to 20 people. To the comfort of the 4 apartments, we add the exclusive use of the "house in the garden" near the swimming pool, with a living room with kitchen, large table and a wood-burning fireplace. A pleasant and exclusive environment.
