Very good location.
Reception stuff are very friendly. Clean room and good breakfast. Little problem with door lock but it's working anyway. Very nice garden also.

This was a great spot for us to stopover and see the Pompeii ruins. The p is off the Main Street with grounds that are quiet, warm, relaxing and full of lemon trees. Ordering drinks and snacks out there was delightful. Breakfast included a nice assortment, and the staff were kind and helpful.

Hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed at. We had a two room suite and two little kids. The staff were all so friendly and understanding, and super helpful. Great recommendations for dining. The hotel restaurant was outstanding, we had several meals there. Elena in the restaurant was especially kind and friendly with my children, which I am very thankful for. The entire hotel was meticulously maintained and super clean. The location is the absolute best for walking in Pompeii. I will definitely return in the future.

Staff was amazing and helpful. Friend fell and fractured foot. Staff called for taxi to take to hospital and helped her when she returned to get from taxi to her room. Staff make sure she had a little something to eat (we paid for breakfast) but due to having to return to see a Dr. the next day we did not get to eat. Staff brought us all a croissant to take with us to hospital.

I would not call this hotel ‘upscale’. My room was squeaky clean so I gave it a good rating but the furniture was wobbly and knocked, the curtains and walls were stained, the bathroom sinks and tub had visible cracks, the hooks to hang the towels didn’t work so the towels kept falling on the floor. There was no tea/coffee in the room. When I asked if there was laundry services nearby the front desk staff fibbed and told me that information would be in my room, it wasn’t there. I have no issue staying in a basic room, just don’t advertise it as upscale and then present something else.

Perfection! We loved staying at the Hoel Forum, the staff are wonderful, the location is directly across from the entrance to Pompeii, the breakfast buffet is outstanding and the garden atmosphere is simply beautiful! This is THE PLACE to stay when visiting Pompeii!!

Beautiful hotel opposite Pompeii Archaeological Park entrance, the standard of the hotel throughout was high, parking though not on site was only a couple of minutes walk away. The food in the restaurant was beautiful and breakfast had a fabulous choice. Would totally return and recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

Reserved a suite for 2 nights. There was a gas smell/leak from the towel warmers that caused headaches. And we couldn’t turn off the heat in the room. Couldn’t sleep and had to leave after only one night. They charged me for both nights and I asked for a refund for the unused night, which is unprofessional. Staff was very kind. But I would avoid the hotel.

From start to finish, this was a great hotel. Parking was excellent across the street. The hotel is in a perfect location in the middle of all the action. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was amazing. They had an incredible selection of foods. The grounds are incredibly beautiful. Highly recommend!

If you are going to Pompei this is an excellent option. If you are driving it is even better. The parking provided is in a public area, easy to get to and very close to Pompei and the hotel. The breakfast is excellent. A real good value.

This is a really lovely hotel, located close to the archeological site but accessed through a secluded courtyard. The courtyard provided a pleasant place to sit with a drink in the evening. The hotel was quiet, clean and attractively decorated. The breakfast was very good. I would gladly stay again.

This property was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Room was typical European small but so close to everything and the staff was friendly. A great budget option in Pompeii! Parking almost right across the street and literally a minute walk to the bus stop or entrance to Pompeii.

Wonderful property. Our favorite in our 2 week visit to Italy. We stayed an extra night. Lovely room, great bed, nice view, A/C. Lovely hotel with extras like an upper terrace. Pleasant courtyard restaurant with good food. Breakfast was great. Very restful and right in the center of Pompei. Across from one of the less crowded Pompeii entrances. Walkable to the train station. Many restaurants nearby. Main square with beautiful cathedral nearby. Easy train access from Naples.

Beautiful little property that you could easily miss if driving. I know, because, I did. Incredible garden and friendly staff. Parking for the property is just across the street. Our room was incredibly clean and spacious. Shame we only stayed one night there.

Well located comfortable Hotel.
The location is very good, where the entrence of the city of Pompeii is just next to the hotel. Free parking is provided. The garden is fascinating where lots of home planted lemon trees are all around. You can take lots of great photos in this fascinating garden at night. Dishes were excellent especially the Napoli pizza.

Great hotel - highly recommend!
Great location for visiting the archeological park. Clean and comfortable room with super nice breakfast included. The room was actually much nicer than I expected. The courtyard was delightful and the food fantastic. Front desk and service personnel were professional and courteous. Highly recommend.
