Pour moi c’est pas un 4 étoile,pas de rangement dans la chambre les affaires doivent rester dans le sac,moisissures au plafond,plan câbles télé partout,salle de bain pas de rangement non plus,rideaux douche d’égaux.Petit déjeuner industriel la même brioche pendant deux jours,reste des pâtes le matin déjà?Bref pour moi je donne la note 2 Étoiles.Très déçu!😢😢

My stay was just for a night but because I wasn’t going to make it before their hours (which is 10 pm) they made sure there was a way for me to get what I needed when I arrived. The room was spacious and clean and the staff was friendly and English speaking .

The staff was extremely polite and helpful. Breakfast service was first rate. Within walking distance to Pompei ruins and many excellent dining and shopping opportunities. The rooms are very clean and air conditioned. A little difficult to find on a side street but this is a plus as it is in a quiet neighborhood but just a few hundred feet from the main drag.

Avevo già soggiornato presso l’hotel con la mia famiglia, notando già delle criticità ma passandoci sopra. La struttura e gli spazi comuni sono in buone condizioni. La stanza deludente come la prontezza a risolvere i problemi del personale. Prima di tutto la camera per quattro persone era fatta un letto matrimoniale e una specie di letto a castello, con letto estraibile e senza una scaletta per arrivare a quello superiore: tanto ad un ragazzino a cosa serve una scaletta, si arrampica ed è tutto a posto, giusto? Mai vista una cosa simile in decina di camere frequentate. Sempre lo stesso letto era addossato alla parete sulla quale c’era la televisione, che occupava una parte dello spazio dedicato sempre a quello sfigato che deve dormire sul letto superiore. Bella visibile nel cuore della stanza sempre sopra il letto incriminato una bella macchia di umidità scrostata, così il malcapitato, se non si fa male cadendo, visto che non ci sono le sponde, e se non si prende una testata contro la televisione, si vede arrivare i pezzi di muro scrostato. In bagno sul cinque lucette tre erano rotte. Abbiamo fatto segnalazione alla receptionist ma nulla è stato fatto per sistemarle. In bagno ed in alcuni angoli della stanza ci sono vegetazione di muffe e annerimenti. E per continuare l’ascensore l’abbiamo trovato guasto e così è rimasto per tutto il soggiorno. Probabilmente il tecnico èlo stesso delle luci del bagno. Basterebbe un po’ di manutenzione per evitare tutto questo!

Would not ever stay or recommend this hotel
Very disappointed to be given an economy room when we paid for higher spec. Night 1 - shower didn’t work, walls were covered in Damp. Got moved to a better room, appeared ok then aircon didn’t work, had to sleep with open windows, being in the city the noise is very loud and stayed that way until really late, also having to have the window open for any air, also allowed us to get bitten loads by mosquitoes, when the aircon got fixed the hot water then didn’t work for final two days. Not to mention the rude 4.30am awakening by the fire alarm and bright emergency lighting in the room! Very disappointed with it all.

The hotel and hotel room was large, spacious and clean. Close to the town centre so walking to shops and restaurants was easy. Also close to the pompei archiological site. The staff were all welcoming and friendly. A great stay!

Tolles familiär geführtes kleines Hotel. Privater Parkplatz direkt nebenan. Unglaublich nettes sympathisches Personal. Lage perfekt gelegen um in 10 min nach Pompei zu laufen oder in die Stadt mit vielen Restaurants und Cafés . Zimmer sind leider etwas hellhörig und daher wäre etwas mehr Rücksichtnahme spät abends und früh morgens wünschenswert. Im großen und ganzen aber sehr zufrieden.

Hotel check in was disappointing…. After reading many reviews about the wonderful staff, first impression wasn’t the best (irritated when I pointed out we were placed in the wrong room and I asked to be changed, asked for a late check out and the man wasn’t very willing to help, etc.) On the positive, the hotel aesthetic is nice.

This property is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in for various reasons. It is listed as a 4 start property but is closer to 2 stars and 3 at BEST. The hotel is incredibly noisy and for some odd reason has two of its ten rooms IN the hotel lobby where guests check in. We could not sleep any of the nights we stayed there as we were constantly woken up with noise from late check ins. There is also a LOT of noise from the levels above - we could hear every footstep and conversations of partiers at 3-4 am. When we complained several times through the night and asked for a different room to sleep, this request was denied. The rooms itself are SIGNIFICANTLY different in real life as compared to the pictures. The rooms are dirty and stained, with the most uncomfortable hard mattress. The mattress was two twins pushed together and felt like a wooden plank. On top of this, the sheets were covered in a strange chemical smell, something similar to lye. If the hotel itself weren’t so noisy, I’m not sure we would have slept well anyways due to the disgusting bed situation. Finally, the hotel staff at the check in counter was rude and seemed to deliberately and maliciously lead us astray. We asked for a cab to Naples and were told to take the train instead, and lied to about the time it would take to do so - we were told it would be a 15 minute train by the front desk, in reality it’s 40 minutes. We missed our lunch reservation due to this. Worst hotel ever. Do not stay

I’m sorry to have to say that your words are mean and false. We remember well that you never asked at the reception to change rooms, you did not even complain about the cleanliness. For the required taxi, remember well that you preferred to take another means of transport for a matter of cost. This hotel is beautiful, clean and comfortable. It is walking distance to the Pompeii ruins. The best thing about this hotel is the customer service. The ladies at the front desk will go above and beyond to help you with anything you need. One of the ladies called in a pizza order for us (we don't speak Italian) and had it delivered. The front desk also speaks very good english. Highly recommended!

Comfortable modern hotel with parking located a short walk from the ruins. Enjoyed the breakfast and was allowed to park the car after check out at a sister hotel even closer to the entrance of the ruins. Excellent service.

Conveniently located modern hotel a short walk from the ruins. Breakfast very good. They allowed us after we checked out to park our car in the car park of a sister hotel which was located even closer to the entrance of the ruins.

Incredible service
Great service and very clean hotel. We were supposed to leave the hotel at 5 AM to catch our flight home, but breakfast at this time was no problem at all. We were also recommended a dinner restaurant the day before which turned out to be one of the best we so far had been to in Italy.

Süße, kleine Unterkunft in Pompei. Das Hotel liegt ideal zu den Ausgrabungen, man kann diese in 10-15 Minuten zu fuß erreichen. Zudem befindet sich das Hotel in einer Nebenstraße, was die Unterkunft ruhig macht und Parkmöglichkeiten sind auch vor Ort. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, es wurde täglich gründlich gereinigt. Das beinhaltete Frühstücksbufftet war ausgewogen, neben den typischen italienischen Süßspeisen gab es auch Brötchen und Aufschnitt. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle wirklich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Würde dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen, um das versunkende Pompei zu erkunden! Just lovely and great hotel !
