Step through the front door and into paradise! This home presents unique décor throughout. The oceanfront family room leads into a game room with a pool table. The family room includes access to the oceanfront patio, a Smart TV, and reclining leather furniture. The oceanfront dining area accomodates the whole family. From the dining room, step into the fully stocked, spacious kitchen. The kitchen features wonderful touches such as a Keurig, dishwasher, and wine cooler. Bright and inviting, the open floor plan allows for the whole group to gather and enjoy time together.

The home is fitted with 5 bedrooms. Three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are on the first floor. Two bedrooms, a loft, balcony, and two bathrooms are on the second level. The primary suite features a king bed, Smart TV, private access to the pool deck, and an ensuite bathroom. The ensuite primary bathroom features a garden tub, spacious walk-in shower with a low ledge, double vanity, and separate water closet. The first guest bedroom includes a king bed, Smart TV, and an adjacent full guest bathroom. The last bedroom on the first floor is right off the entrance to the home. The is guest bedroom #2 and holds a full bed and Smart TV.

Venture upstairs to be greeted by sprawling loft. This loft includes a game room with a foosball table, table and chairs, and second living area with a Smart TV. The loft features access to the second floor balcony and the perfect spot for sunbathing! Guest bedroom #3 and #4 are very similar on this level. They both have a queen bed, Smart TV, vanities, and ensuite bathrooms.

Back on the first floor you'll find a convenient laundry room off the two-car garage. There is an additional bathroom on the first floor that has an exterior door for the pool deck.

Step into your private backyard oasis to soak in the Florida sun! A spacious, covered deck greets you with outdoor dining furniture. No need to stop the fun in the sun when tummies start to growl as the porch includes a gas grill for al-fresco, oceanfront dining. Beyond the covering is a paved pool deck where glistening waters await. Private beach access steps take you to your oceanfront oasis. There's a convenient outdoor shower located on the back deck as well to rinse off sand.

Please note this home allows for 4 vehicles maximum, or the motorcycle equivalent. A two-car garage is available for guest use and there's a driveway as well for two additional vehicles. This property cannot accommodate trailers or recreational vehicles but we'd be happy to refer you to a nearby parking company upon request.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.  After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back.  Unless you are booking on AirBNB, we will need a copy of your photo ID and the admin fee shown in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation.  For AirBNB guests, the cancellation policy is as shown on AirBNB ad we only need a copy of your ID if your stay is 28 nights in length or longer.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call.
