Amazing location - gorgeous park right across the street, delicious ice cream a few doors down and steps away from so many restaurants and galleries. Finding parking right outside the entrance was never an issue. Would highly recommend. ”

”When we stayed here four years ago, the property was in much better shape. It hasn't been maintained, including the landscaping. The backyard was littered with trash, and the property desperately needs repairs. I have photos that i can submit if that is helpful.”

Beautiful views from the back of the property of the Arkansas river and surrounding mountains! Very relaxing! Listing (pictures) was mostly accurate.
