”Overall, we had a great stay at Staybridge! There were 3 of us and we got a double bed room with a pull out couch, which we thought would be perfect for us, but the pull out bed was in terrible shape and had stains on it. One of us ended up just sleeping on the couch, which was only a slight improvement from the pull out. The kitchen was nice and clean and was stocked with pots, pans, and utensils for us to use, plus a nice fridge and freezer. The bathroom space was kind of tight and the water...

”Expedia didn't bother to notify me through phone nor email that the room was cancelled or the hotel. I drove for hours exhausted ready to relax only to find out there wasn't rooms available. And I didn't get no refund. It did my part. I booked it online. I got a confirmation number. They are so quick to take your money but not return it when they made that error. So I spent twice as much having to find another hotel at the last minute!!”
