”Wow! This hotel was clean, staff was friendly, location for our needs was perfect. Pool and Hot Tub area was perfect for a quick soak (though, the hot tub was VERY hot, couldn't sit for more than a few moments). We slept 2 adults and 5 kids (aged 9, 11 and 11) in this room with the perfect little window bed for the 5th. It was the right size for our 11 year old. ”It was a nice little house in a quiet little neighborhood. We did ride our bikes from the house to the local riverside trail with only needing to be on the main road briefly but it is really just outside the bike friendly area of Sandpoint. MTB trails are a short drive away and plenty of food/grocery options. While the windows are fairly well sound insulated it is worth mentioning that it is about 250 yards away from the major east/west rail line and get a train about every other hour throughout...
