”One of the less expensive hotels I looked at but with the best reviews and i can see why now! Excellent in every way and all the staff were so respectful, helpful and friendly. Special mention for Peni , a trainee, who went out of her way to help me. Also Sheira . Both ladies are a real asset to the Hotel . I initially booked for a week but extended to 3 weeks here bcs I rate it so highly ”
”Hotel was otherwise ok, but very noisy as lot of families with kids because of holiday season. Billy was a good help when organized needed transportations to golf courses.
Good braekfast but dinner buffet was lousy as many of selections finished few hours before they closed the buffet.”

”The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Amelia. The sky bar, Vertical is superb. The chief was accommodating with my request during dinner on the 3 Aug 22. ”
”We had a wonderful stay at the Royal Tulip on Guelis mountain near Bogor. The sight of the environment is fantastic. Staff was wonderful, more than professional. Really kind people glad to be of help. Especially Pak Rian of reception was extraordinary by organising personnel to sing Happy Birthday to my daughter, the special gifts, and enquiring afterwards how we liked it. Really good”
