This apartment has one suite with double bed and ensuite bathroom and another bedroom with double bed. It has a second full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room with a sofa bed where 1 or 2 more people can sleep, a dining area and a large balcony. The condominium has an outdoor space with a children's playground.

The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Smart TV with several channels, Netflix and other applications, sheets, towels, and all the supplies for bathing and hygiene. We also provide beach towels for use in any bathing area of the island.

The neighborhood is very quiet with everything nearby: supermarket, cafes, bakery, pastry shop, restaurants and public transportation.
Downtown and the sea with natural pools are only a 15-minute walk away.
Free parking in a private garage in the building, with direct elevator access.
